KARHU CONTINUES ITS SEASON OF OUTDOOR THEMED RELEASES WITH THE LAUNCH OF THE TREES OF FINLAND PACK

This October, KARHU continues its season of outdoor-themed releases with the launch of the Trees of Finland Pack. This new collection includes three classic KARHU products.

Silhouettes presented in earth tones and natural hues. Each unique color combination is inspired by the Finnish forest and perfectly at home among the vast expanse of pine, fir, and birch trees that blanket the nation's rich and vibrant landscape.
Finland's wilderness has remained relatively unchanged since ancient times and covers a large portion of the country's land area. In fact, over 75 percent of Finland is forested—roughly 16 times more forest per capita than the rest of Europe!

Amidst these vast stretches of desert grow a mix of pines, firs, and birches, with hardly any non-native trees to be found. These ancient native forests are home to tens of thousands of
of animal species—add to the natural beauty of the landscape and are often cited as a contributing factor to Finland's five-year run as "the happiest country in the world".
The KARHU Trees of Finland pack proudly celebrates the importance of these vast forests to both the countryside and KARHU itself. Early in its history, KARHU produced quality
locally sourced renewable fir and birch skis, javelins and discs.

1. The KARHU launch pays homage to Finland's finest natural resource through three silhouettes: Legacy 96, Fusion 2.0, and Synchron Classic. Each pair comes in its own special edition box highlighting various native tree species found in Finland.
