SHIPPING:
- Nationwide delivery time (Spain only): 24 hours
- International delivery time: 48 - 72 hours
- Free shipping nationwide for orders over €69.99
- Free shipping internationally for orders over €119.99
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day; after that time, they will be processed the following day. Products purchased from Friday onwards will be shipped the following business day. You will receive your purchased products within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.
RETURNS SECTION:
PHYSICAL STORE:
The return period is 15 business days from the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted. Instead, a gift card with the purchase amount will be issued with no expiration date.

2. Online Store:
There is a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order for exchange or return of the same and if so, the products must comply with:
- Be in perfect condition for the return or exchange to be effective.
- The return costs to our warehouse, both for returns and exchanges, will always be borne by the customer.
- The refund of the amount, in case of return of the product, will be made when it arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it is in perfect condition.
- In the event of a return of merchandise in poor condition, without having been received in these conditions, the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded.
Steps in the return process:
1. Photograph all the profiles of the product being returned and send them to the email or telephone number provided (always including your details, those of the product and those of the order).
2. Prepare the package with the items and manage the exchange or return in our Returns Portal.
